Connecting soul and science to overcome self-limiting beliefs

All Great Minds is about creating a space where you can grow both personally and professionally. Rapid Transformational Therapy® is a personalised form of hypnotherapy, allowing you to hack your subconscious mind and reprogram it with whatever YOU choose. It is an effective way to break old habits, overcome fears, enhance performance and improve overall well-being. Rooted in neuroscience, RTT works directly with the subconscious mind through hypnosis; a natural state of inward focus and deep relaxation, much like meditation. You are not asleep, just relaxed, open to positive suggestion and always in control. The result - you no longer need to work twice as hard swimming upstream to work against old habit patterns or self-limiting beliefs. RTT is being used to transform lives within the medical profession, in schools, the corporate world, as well as by entrepreneurs and athletes.

Freedom from obstacles that held you back

RTT hypnotherapy is designed to help you overcome subconscious patterns; unhelpful and outdated beliefs that can hold you back from achieving your goals or sabotage your best efforts. Only when your conscious mind's goals and subconscious mind's beliefs are aligned, can they work together towards a common goal - your desired outcomes. We know that clients are time starved and arrive in physical, emotional or mental distress, while others are looking to level up their personal development. With RTT, clients can expect to see improvements after one to three sessions. Common issues include:

stress reduction
anxiety & fears
relationship issues
depression

procrastination
public speaking
performance
motivation

sleep issues
weight management
habits & addictions
pain management

confidence & self-love
self-esteem
imposter syndrome
personal development

Working with the mind

Our subconscious mind is much like a vault where everything we’ve learnt and experienced is kept - experiences that have shaped who we are, how we feel about life in general and why we react to certain things in certain ways. You can think of it as the brain's hard drive, constantly being programmed with life's data.

The conscious mind is responsible for our thoughts, perceptions, and awareness. It is the rational, logical, and analytical part of the mind that makes decisions, solves problems, and plans for the future. However, it loses out to the subconscious mind's much greater influence on us.

The conscious and subconscious minds play an important role in shaping our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. However, they can sometimes be at odds with each other when it comes to pursuing goals and navigating daily life. With RTT we can reconcile the differences and plant seeds for positive change, where new beliefs and behaviours can become second nature.

Words are powerful. Words we plant in our subconscious mind and nurture with repetition and emotion, become our reality.

What clients say

"Michelle helped me a lot to calm my nerves and stress before my TEDx talk. I’ve learnt how to overcome my stress and anxiety about public speaking after the hypnosis session. Now I can always go back to the recording and listen to it at home when I'm feeling nervous. Thank you Michelle! "

- Claudia, Hong Kong

"Michelle is a wonderful therapist. She helped calm my nerves tremendously just before my exams. Her audio recording helped me sleep well and get through the exams feeling confident and in control rather than being all over the place.... She knew exactly how to address the negative self talk that kept popping in my head... I would recommend her if you would like to be in charge of your situation rather than your situation taking charge over you!"

- Navneeta, Toronto

"Michelle is an excellent therapist. She is kind and caring and she instilled confidence in me from the outset. This along with her calm and soothing voice allowed me to feel safe and relaxed in the session from the beginning to the end. We uncovered the root cause of the sleeping issues I've suffered from since my early twenties. I strongly recommend using Michelle as your RTT therapist."

- Mark, Gold Coast
