Common questions
What is a Clarity Session?
A 60-minute 1:1 session to get clear on what is actually holding you back and where you want to go. There is no commitment to a programme; it is simply a space to think.
What is the difference between a Clarity Session and a transformation programme?
A Clarity Session is a standalone conversation, a starting point. The transformation programmes (One Month Focus and Three Month Evolution) combine Clarity Sessions with hypnotherapy sessions and a personalised recording, for people ready to go deeper and make lasting change.
What kind of hypnotherapy do you use?
I am trained in RTT®, Rapid Transformational Therapy, a hybrid method developed by Marisa Peer that draws on hypnotherapy, CBT, NLP and psychotherapy. It works at the level of root cause: the beliefs and experiences that sit beneath a pattern or challenge, and typically produces significant shift within one to three sessions. Each session is followed by a personalised recording, listened to daily for 21 days.
Do you work online?
Yes. All individual sessions and most group work can be conducted virtually. Retreats are in-person.
Is this right for me?
If you are navigating a significant transition, dealing with a pattern you cannot seem to shift, or simply ready to think more clearly about where you are and where you want to go: this work is likely a fit. The Clarity Session is the right place to find out.
How does a team workshop or group work?
Each group engagement is bespoke, developed in conversation with you. Get in touch directly to discuss what your team needs and we can explore what is the best fit.
